Mining Dust Suppression
Nelson Sprinklers have been used for dust suppression
purposes for several decades now. The rugged reliability of
Big Gun® Sprinklers make them a favorite for coal terminal
and mine dust suppression. They’re able to move a large
amount of water in a short time and their large nozzle
configuration makes them less likely to plug, making filtration
needs minimal. The large flowrate volume of the guns in
conjunction with a rapid cycle operation and an 800 Series
Control Valve, make for an ideal dust suppression system.
